PAYOUTS AND REFUNDS

a) All payouts and refunds will be made according to our standard payout procedures as published on the premises. b) Payouts may take up to 30 days from request to processing. In some cases, it may take longer due to verification or other reasons beyond our control.

RIGHT TO ALTER OR CANCEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right at any time and without notice to modify, update, or delete these Terms and Conditions in whole or in part. You must read this section periodically for updates on changes to your responsibilities under these terms.

EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATING

Without limitation: a) If you are under 18 years old (or the minimum age required by law), we may refuse participation, including requesting personal ID verification before entry; b) Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations regarding gambling activities;

RESIDENTS OF RESTRICTED COUNTRIES

We reserve the right not to serve anyone who resides in a country subject to international economic sanctions.

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES TO TERMS

We may make amendments from time to time; as such it's your responsibility to periodically check our website for any changes that become effective upon notice by publication on the site.

SEPARABILITY OF TERMS
